Catchment Area + Conveyance Device
Rainwater falling on building roofs is collected via gutters and high-performance rainwater downpipes, serving as the primary catchment and conveyance network.
Pre-Screen & First Flush Filtration
Self-cleaning pre-screen filters strain out leaves and particles, while First Flush Devices automatically discard initial contaminated roof runoff before water enters storage.
Water Storage & Non-Potable Reuse
Filtered clean rainwater is stored in underground or surface water tanks, ready for distribution to non-potable indoor and outdoor applications such as landscape irrigation and toilet flushing.
On-Site Detention (OSD) & Orifice Discharge
