Why RainPro Was Established
As urban development accelerated across Malaysia, traditional concrete On-Site Detention (OSD) tanks presented persistent site challenges for contractors and developers, including long concrete curing wait times, heavy excavation, and micro-cracking risks. Recognizing the need for a dedicated underground modular storage specialist, I Controls Solution (M) Sdn. Bhd. established RainPro.
Our purpose is to empower project teams across Malaysia by providing specialized Polypropylene (PP) modular storage engineering that replaces slow site wet-work with fast interlocking assembly, satisfies MSMA 2 stormwater requirements, and delivers reliable long-term water infrastructure backed by the technical heritage of the I Controls group.
